Kinch Robinson launches training for RTA litigators

Kinch Robinson has launched what it describes as an “innovative training programme” geared towards RTA litigators.

The programme, which has been developed over the past 12 months, has already been delivered to 200 fee earners via a personal injury law firm.

Its training modules cover liability, general damages and specialist damages. The modules are supported by nine online assessments which are used post-training to check fee earners’ understanding and identify where further support may be needed.

Tutors include experienced barristers and solicitors who use specially filmed footage and animated accident reconstructions to deliver this engaging training which culminates in a final course assessment for all delegates.

According to Kinch Robinson, the course is perfect for firms that have bulk RTA work but who don’t have the internal manpower or time to deliver detailed training to those carrying out the work.

“Our tutors are experienced solicitors and barristers who use a range of teaching methods to deliver this imaginative, highly practical and hugely popular course,” said the company in a statement.
