DAC Beachcroft names new head of global insurance practice

Insurance partner Liam O’Connell is set to join DAC Beachcroft to lead its global insurance practice in London.

O’Connell is joining from Norton Rose Fulbright where he was a partner and head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa insurance claims team.

O’Connell has acted for many of the leading global and London market insurers, advising on high-value complex coverage analysis for the market across professional indemnity, financial institutions, contingency; media tech, cyber, terrorism, property, and warranty and indemnity.
