Established in 2009, the Association of Regulated Claims Management Companies is the trade association which represents the interests of small to medium sized authorised claims management businesses, providing support and guidance to its members, and providing a prominent platform of communication between members and the Regulator.
Our objective is to provide claims management companies with the appropriate tools to administer efficient, professional and regulated services throughout the sector. In addition, ARC will uphold and support its promise to provide support and guidance to its members, not only in relation to the day to day operation within an ever more complicated regulatory regime, but also in respect of preparing to make changes to business models ahead of changes in the industry.
The claims management sector attracts nationwide media attention, ARC supports, promotes and enhances the image and general welfare of the industry in its ongoing efforts to help independent businesses operate in a more professional manner.
We provide information to the public by ensuring that our members meet high standards, and are fully compliant with industry rules. For this to happen, we offer our members training and expert advice in all areas of the claims management sector, so that they meet the standards set by the Regulator.
