I am available for instruction in all areas of personal injury work, having dealt with personal injury claims for over fifteen years. I have acted for both Claimants and Defendants, with a particular interest in injury claims arising from road traffic accidents. In this regard, I accept instructions for claims via the RTA Low Value Protocol (“Portal” claims) as well as claims that fall outside of this scheme. I also accept instructions in relation to credit hire and am also happy to advise on claims where low-velocity impact or fraud may be alleged. I am a former Solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive.
I am a keen sports fan and particularly enjoy watching football, boxing and cycling. I enjoy running and cycling and have completed the London Marathon in each of the past five years. Apart from sport, my interests include the outdoors, socialising and spending time with my wife and daughter.
I regularly deliver training and seminars on personal injury claims. Recent topics have included Low-Velocity Impacts, RTA Portal Update and Credit Hire.
I have been a trainer for the Motor Accident Solicitors Society for several years and regularly deliver courses on their behalf, in addition to contributing to the writing of these.
