Edward Faulks QC

Edward’s practice includes professional & clinical negligence, personal injury, education and claims arising from the Human Rights Act. Between 1998 and 2007 Edward was head of Chambers and clients say he creates a cool and calm atmosphere. His practice includes claims arising from the Human Rights’ Act together with professional negligence, clinical negligence, personal injury, education, police claims and public law. Edward contributed to “Local Authority Liability” (Morrell & Foster, 4th edition). In 2006 he also was a special adviser to the Department of Constitutional Affairs on the Compensation Culture. A member of the London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association; the Personal Injuries Bar Association; and the Professional Negligence Bar Association Edward was awarded the Outstanding Achievement award at the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards 2010 and the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Silk of the Year award in The Chambers Bar Awards 2009.
