Karen has over 20 years’ experience in the field of industrial disease litigation and complex injuries. Roberts Jackson is now poised for further growth, the combination of capital with the entrepreneurial spirit of the business makes a very formidable combination. Karen also speaks regularly on women in business and equality and diversity in the legal sector.
Karen currently sits on the NIHL Working Party to the Civil Justice Council which has been tasked by the Government to consider and report on process and fees in the area of NIHL.
Karen has been happily married to Oliver, the co-founder of RJ and her husband of 17 years, and they have two children ages 8 and 6.
