I qualified as a solicitor in 1981, and am the Managing Director at Ralli Ltd, Solicitors, specialists in personal injury and clinical negligence litigation. I joined Ralli in 1979.
I am currently Chair of the Access to Justice Action Group (AJAG), which with others, I helped resurrect, subsequent to the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement announcement regarding personal injury reform, in November 2015. My time is presently wholly consumed with AJAG’s quest to encourage the government to implement alternative reform options, to the crude seismic proposals, which will almost certainly deny justice to hundreds of thousands of accident victims.
Whilst I am one of the initial members of APIL, and a former MASS member, AJAG is working closely with all representative organisations, to present consistent messages to the government during the consultation and parliamentary process.
In November 2002 I became one of the first investors and shareholders in Injury Lawyers4U, and for over 10 years I have achieved significant board level experience in the PCC reinsurance business model, working with several A star rated UK insurers.
I co-authored “Living with Head Injury” in the 1990’s and have lectured on the Manchester Law Society Personal Injury Diploma Course.
I am recently married for a second time, and have a great family, which is regularly funded by The Bank of Dad!
