Gordon Exall

“Gordon Exall is a barrister practising at Zenith Chambers. He was called to the Bar in 1991 having previously qualified and practised as a Solicitor and been a Senior Lecturer in law. He practises exclusively in the fields of  limitation and procedural law, personal injury, fatal accidents and clinical negligence.

In addition to being a practising barrister Gordon is the author of  several legal texts, including the latest editions of Munkman on Damages for Personal Injury and Death; The APIL Guide to Fatal Accidents; Personal Injury Litigation and Periodical Payments, the New Law. He writes the section on Limitation in  APIL’s Personal Injury, Law Practice and Procedure. He was the General Editor of Personal Injury Precedents and Pleadings and has written and lectured widely on issues relating to procedure, personal injury and damages.”
