Fenchurch Law has announced its next series of broker-focused regional events aimed at providing the latest insights on current insurance coverage and claims disputes issues.
The Fenchurch Law coverage symposium events are designed to provide brokers with information on coverage and claims issues and how to avoid them.
Key topics will include current issues relating to construction, professional risks, property risks, commercial risks, and product and environmental risks, and will cover hot topics such as dangerous cladding and cyber insurance.
The free-to-attend symposiums will be taking place between March and November in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London and Manchester.
David Pryce, managing partner of Fenchurch Law, said: “Our team will be drawing on its expertise in handling disputes in areas such as D&O, cyber and cladding. By sharing our knowledge and experience on the current developments and case law relating to insurance coverage and claims disputes, we aim to offer regional brokers valuable insights on a range of topical issues that will be useful in reducing or avoiding insurance disputes for their clients.”
