Kidatu offers the full suite of conference services at prices half that of their competitors. They boast over 600 law firm clients including Hill Dickinson, Thompsons and Lyons Davidson.
Kidatu’s founder Helen Roberts describes being in the right place at the right time as telephone hearings were enshrined in Lord Woolf’s access to justice reforms. The right place being BT’s Conference Calling division, and the right time being 1999. Helen saw the potential of the reforms immediately, the result was BT Legal Call.
In 2010 Helen decided that she could do a better job herself and founded Kidatu.
The company offers superior service in numerous ways, for example obtaining Judges names and genders ahead of hearings, disconnecting single lines and providing recordings within 30minutes of the end of the call.
Their costs are equally impressive, telephone hearings are capped at £40+vat, conference call recordings are made at no additional cost and they don’t charge cancellation fees or any other hidden extras.
Invoicing is accurate and flexible either weekly or monthly, with copy invoices provided on demand. They’ll even split invoices for you.
