Simon Tunnicliffe

Simon Tunnicliffe joined the Legal Ombudsman as an Operations Manager in early 2012. He was responsible for ensuring his teams provided excellent customer service and quality. Prior to working for the Legal Ombudsman he was accountable for the strategic management of a busy emergency services fire control department. He has a wealth of experience in operational performance management and project implementation, and has significant experience of business start-up.
Simon, as Head of Claims Management Complaints, took the lead on the set up and implementation of the CMC jurisdiction at the Legal Ombudsman. He is keen to build positive working relationships with the CMC industry to support raising standards. Simon brought in new technologies and processes to establish an efficient department, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
Simon has become a well-established figure within the CMC industry and is really proud to be involved in the growth of the Legal Ombudsman.
