William has been a practising barrister since 2004. In the field of clinical (and dental) negligence, he acts for both claimants and defendants.
In motor claims, he has a specialist practice acting for insurers in defence of fraudulent and exaggerated credit hire claims and is therefore in trial virtually every week. In costs cases, he acted for the insurers in the landmark costs decision of the Court of Appeal in Lamont v Burton.
He also acts for both claimants and defendant in all manner of personal injury claims.
He is a CEDR-trained mediator and accepts instructions to act as mediator in all civil case types.
