Insurance broker Thomas Carroll has released a new claims app to enable customers file a report wherever they are.
The Thomas Carroll Claims App provides a 24/7 platform on any Android or iOS device and is available to all business and personal insurance customers.
Using the app, the broker’s customers can report incident details by following a simple set of questions, and they can upload photos for supporting evidence.
GPS captures customers’ location and the app stores submitted information if there are signal issues.
Thomas Carroll has promised to provide same-day notification to insurers, or next-day if a claim is submitted outside of business hours. Customers also have the option to send information to the broker’s out of hours partner, Auto Legal Protection Services.
