Claims handling and legal expenses insurance specialist MSL has signed a new contract with South Wales-based insurance broker Watkin Davies Insurance Consultants.
The deal will see MSL provide accident management services for all Watkin Davies motor clients.
A key part of the contract is for driving instructors who buy insurance through the Watkin Davies InstructorcoverPlus brand, according to Glen Eastwood, managing director of MSL.

“The driving instructor sector is highly specialised, both in terms of replacement vehicle provision and speed of response. Being on the road is, quite literally, an instructor’s livelihood, so a fast response is critical. We need to get the right vehicles to instructors quickly so they can carry on with their jobs.”
MSL has a replacement vehicle network at sites across the UK, in order to meet its target of delivering a replacement dual control vehicle to customers within four hours.
MSL promises to provide a replacement dual control vehicle for all incident types, including fault, theft, vandalism and flood for up to 28 days.
The cover is managed via MSL’s legal expenses policy on both a branded and bespoke scheme. MSL will also deliver further ancillary products and services for replacement dual control vehicles in the event of mechanical breakdown.

In July, motorcycle insurance provider Bike Devil selected MSL to provide claims services to its customers.
Under the partnership, MSL’s dedicated claims team offers Bike Devil a knowledgeable and personalised service with an emphasis on helping the biker get back on the road.
