Allianz Insurance has appointed Hollie O’Neill as its claims operations manager in Birmingham.
In her new position, O’Neill will lead the motor trade claims team at Allianz’s Birmingham Centre of Excellence.
She will be responsible for ensuring operational best practice across motor trade claims, driving technical excellence and delivering a high level of customer service.
Having joined the business in 2013 as a deputy team leader, O’Neill has held a number of roles in Birmingham, including her most recent position as operations leader.
Mark Cant, head of Birmingham claims at Allianz, commented: “I am delighted to appoint Hollie to the position of claims operations manager. She is the ideal candidate for the role, having gained extensive experience in claims and operations during her time with the business.”
“As part of our fit for future claims strategy, we are committed to developing talent and this is demonstrated by the fact that we have promoted from within for this pivotal role.”
In August, Allianz appointed Shelley Hughes to the newly created role of digital claims propositions manager.
She leads the development of a multi-channel, data-driven claims proposition, designed to enhance the insurer’s customer experience.
