The AA strikes digital household claims deal with Synergy Cloud

The AA has forged a new partnership with specialist claims data and technology provider Synergy Cloud for a new software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution to handle all of its household claims.

The SaaS claims solution will enable The AA to manage all claims in-house, linking them directly with supply chain partners and customers through a central omni-channel sign-in, providing a seamless, efficient, and direct claims experience for customers.

The five-year contract is the first major win for Synergy Cloud since it was spun off as a separate company by property claims specialist Claims Consortium Group in January this year.

Its innovative, modular solution allows all parties to access, analyse and action all claims and data in one place, with total transparency and complete control.

Synergy enables insurers to link directly with their supply chain partners. The solution’s end-to-end configurability means insurers can directly control and manage the entire claim process with ease, including policy application, customer service, and data analysis and application. The software is designed to be flexible and it can be easily customised for any business requirements.
